The Cobourg Public Library Board

Contact with the Board may be made through the Library's Administrative Coordinator's office.

The Administrative Coordinator serves as Secretary of the Board.

Members of the public wishing to make a verbal or written delegation to the Library Board should contact the Board Secretary in writing seven (7) days in advance of the meeting.

Board meeting agendas are developed by the Chair working with the Library CEO.

Cobourg Public Library Board Meetings

• Library Board meetings are open to the public.
• The Board typically meets the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. 
• These meetings will be held in-person in the Rotary Room of the Cobourg Library and on Zoom.
