Itinerant Vendors Licences
You will need an Itinerant Vendor Licence if you are selling goods or services door-to-door. This includes displaying samples of goods to be delivered at a later date, or if you are doing business at a place in Town other than your permanent place of business.
If you are unsure if you require an Itinerant Vendor's Licence, you should read the Itinerant Vendor By-law.
These Licences are good from the date of issue until December 31 of the current year. You will need to renew the Licence every year.
How do I get an Itinerant Vendor Licence?
1. Complete the Itinerant Vendor Application
2. Get the required documentation (see page 2 of the application)
Submit the Application form with the required fee to the Legislative Services Department.
Type of Licences and fees:
Full year: $500
Half year: $300
2nd Place of Business: $250
Transfer: $100
