Special Council Meeting Called for August 20 at 1 p.m.
Cobourg, ON (August 18, 2026) – The Town of Cobourg Legislative Services Division would like to inform all residents that pursuant to section 5.6 of the Town of Cobourg Procedural By-law, the Mayor has called a Special Meeting of Council to take place on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 1 p.m.
The meeting is being held to consider the following items:
- Provincial Planning Process and Legislation Review
- One Year in Review of the Town of Cobourg Development Division
- Development FAQ of the Mayor
- A Motion from Mayor Cleveland regarding the use of Interim Control By-law
