Zoning By-law Amendment – 296 George Street

Cobourg, ON (May 1, 2026) – The Corporation of the Town of Cobourg would like to inform residents that the town has received a complete application for a Zoning By-law Amendment by David McKay (c/o MHBC Planning) on behalf of the Property Owner under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c.P. 13, as amended.

The Municipal Council of the Town of Cobourg will hold a Public Meeting regarding the aforementioned application on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 3rd Floor East Wing, Victoria Hall, 55 King Street West, Cobourg in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c.P. 13, as amended.

This Public Meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m. and is being held using a hybrid meeting model. The public may view the Council meeting in person or online via the Town of Cobourg live stream at https://calendar.cobourg.ca/council
