Movies Under the Stars August 8 Event Cancelled

Cobourg, ON (August 8, 2026) – The Town of Cobourg and Experience Cobourg would like to advise the community that the Movies Under the Stars event scheduled for today (Saturday, August 8, 2026) has been cancelled due to thunderstorms in the weather forecast.

Mark your calendars for the upcoming Movies Under the Stars events:
Movies begin at dusk (approximately 8:30 p.m.)

  • Superman | Thursday, August 13 (new date)
    Movie will be shown on the Beach
  • Hoppers | Saturday, September 5
    Movie will be shown in Victoria Park
  • Special Feature Screening: Marie Dressler’s Oscar-Winning Film Min and Bill | Saturday, September 12 at dusk (approximately 7:45 p.m.)
    Movie will be shown on the Esplanade
