Cobourg Ghost Walks Return with Chilling New Tales

Cobourg, ON (September 3, 2026) – The Town of Cobourg's Community Services Division is thrilled to announce the return of Experience Cobourg's Ghost Walks, with online ticket sales opening September 7, 2026, at 9 a.m.

This October, brave the dark and uncover the chilling secrets hidden in Cobourg's oldest streets — where eerie tales, legendary figures, and haunted landmarks await. New for 2026: a freshly reimagined route featuring never-before-told stops and stories.

Tours run Fridays throughout October with extra nights during the week of Halloween, and run for approximately two hours, beginning at Henley Arcade, 48 A King Street West. Tours are offered the following dates and times:

• Friday, October 2 - 6:30 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.
• Friday, October 9 - 6:30 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.
• Friday, October 16 - 6:30 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.
• Friday, October 23 - 6:30 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, October 28 - 6:30 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.
• Thursday, October 29 - 6:30 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.
• Friday, October 30 - 6:30 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday, October 31 - 6:30 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.

Tickets are priced at $15 (HST included) and will be available through the Experience Cobourg Box Office at tickets.cobourg.ca or by calling 1-855-372-2210.

This is a walking tour, rain or shine event. In extreme weather the event will be cancelled and all ticket holders for that evening will be contacted. Parental guidance is advised.
