Cobourg, ON (September 22, 2023) – The Town of Cobourg would like to inform residents that there will be road closures, pedestrian closures and parking lot closures that will begin on September 27 to October 2 due to the Cobourg Marina Boat Lift-Out and Hauling operations.

Please note that the following closures will include pedestrian traffic. In an effort to complete these operations in the safest terms possible we must keep guests from the path of heavy equipment.

Further, every effort will be made to open walkways and roads when safe to do so between preparation and hauling procedures.

Road and parking lot closures beginning September 27 for Lifting and Hauling includes:

• Harbour West Basin Parking Lot
• Hibernia Street, south of Third Street
• Third Street, between Hibernia Street and The Esplanade
• Division Street, south of The Esplanade
• The Esplanade

The Town of Cobourg and Cobourg Waterfront Operations Staff thank you for your patience and consideration while the boats are moved and stored for the winter season.
