    Public Information Centre: Densmore Road Reconstruction

    The Town of Cobourg is commencing reconstruction activities to Densmore Road on approximately May 1, 2019 and would like to invite citizens to attend the following Public Information Centre:

    The Public Information Centre will be held to discuss the proposed reconstruction of Densmore Road to an urban standard.

    Northumberland County Housing Corporation Seeking Applications for Board of Directors

    The Northumberland County Housing Corporation (NCHC) is seeking to fill six citizen Board of Director vacancies. Interested individuals are encouraged to complete and submit an application to the County before 4:30 pm on Friday, April 5, 2019.

    The Town of Cobourg was successful in their application for infrastructure funding from the Clean Water & Wastewater Fund (CWWF) towards upgrading the wastewater treatment plant from a mechanical surface aeration system to a diffused air system.

    The total approved project cost is $565,000.00 of which the Federal Government will provide up to 50% and the Provincial Government will provide up to 25%.
