    New 'Masters of Disaster' Summer Camp Being Offered 

    We are pleased to announce a new summer camp, Masters of Disaster, for children aged 8-13 years!

    This camp will introduce children to emergency preparedness through fun and educational programming and will teach skills like leadership, teamwork, first aid knowledge, railway safety, fire, and food and water safety. The camp will run from August 13-17 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. and will cost $130+HST/child.

    Volunteers Needed for Canada Day Parade

    The Town's Community Events Coordinator is seeking volunteers parade marshalls for the upcoming Canada Day parade.

    Communications Department Wins Hermes Gold Creative Award

    The Town of Cobourg’s Communications Department was recently honoured with a Gold Award in the prestigious 2018 Hermes Creative Awards competition for overall website design, social media and interactive media strategy. 

    The re-designed website was deemed exemplary in creative marketing and communications qualities in electronic media while demonstrating excellence in using the skills and technology of a new generation of marketing and communications professionals.
