    You Can NOW Vote in the 2018 Municipal Election. Here's How:

    The Town of Cobourg is pleased to announce that all registered voters can now cast their vote for the 2018 Municipal Election.

    1) Telephone Voting: Access details found on your Voter Instruction Letter
    2) Online Voting: Access details found on your Voter Instruction Letter
    3) Voter Help Centre Locations: Cobourg Library & Victoria Hall, from Oct 15-19 from 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. & Oct.22 from 10 a.m.-8 p.m.

    Haven't Received Your Voter Instruction Letter (VIL)?
    Please visit us at one of the Voter Help Centre Locations and bring one piece of photo ID.

  • Voter List Revision Drop In

    Voter List Revision Drop In Available Saturday

    The Legislative Services Department will be holding one last Voter List Revision Drop In on Saturday, October 20 from 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. to accommodate eligible voters who are not on the Voter List and need to register or make changes. You can also come and vote!

    Please visit us at the Cobourg Public Library, 200 Ontario Street from 10 am-4:30 pm.

    The Cobourg Police Service & Town Issue Warning on Theft of Candidate Election Signs

    The Town of Cobourg in conjunction with the Cobourg Police Service would like to remind citizens that stealing or damaging candidate election signs can result in criminal charges. 

    Over the past week the Cobourg Police Service have been receiving reports on election signs being damaged, removed and/or stolen from lawns and private properties. Citizens are reminded that any such action could result in a criminal charge of theft, and if election signs are intentionally damaged or vandalized, the person responsible could face a criminal charge of mischief.

    Come Walk our Free Expert-Guided 'Poppy Trail' Tour

    The Town of Cobourg is pleased to present a free 40-minute expert guided Poppy Trail Walking Tour as part of the Armistice18 seven-week festival commemorating the centennial of WWI.

    The walking tours take place every Sunday at 11 a.m. leading up to Remembrance Day. All tours begin at Victoria Hall.

    You can either join the tour or take the self-guided tour by downloading The Poppy Trail Walking Guide.

    Cobourg Fire Department Recruiting Volunteers - Apply Today!

    The Cobourg Fire Department is recruiting volunteers to join the team. Come out to the Open House to learn more about the position.

    Date: October 20, 2018 Time: 9 a.m.-12 p.m. 
    Location: Cobourg Fire Hall, 111 Elgin Street East
