Let us introduce you to the Rotary Room at the Cobourg Public Library – a large, accessible space with ample natural light, in a well-known location.

The Rotary Room is equipped with Wi-Fi, audio-visual and teleconferencing capabilities (Hybrid Meeting System).  

  • The room likewise has portable chairs and tables, and a dedicated galley kitchen which can support catering.
  • The space is ideal for large meetings, workshops, training sessions, and many other uses.
  • The abundance of natural light makes the space a favourite among artists, and like groups.
  • The built in projector and speakers make the space a favourite for those showing movies, webinars, or other visual presentations.
  • With the ability to accommodate up to 80 people, depending on event and furniture needed, the Rotary Room is ideal for many groups and events.

Pricing has been set competitively to ensure the space is available to many community groups, while still maintaining a revenue to support the Library.
