Town of Cobourg Launches New Engagement Platform

Cobourg, ON (September 3, 2025) – The Town of Cobourg Communications Department is pleased to announce the launch of a new online engagement platform for EngageCobourg.ca.

Engage Cobourg is the Town of Cobourg’s online public engagement platform where residents can learn about municipal projects, share their ideas, and provide feedback on community initiatives. It brings together surveys, discussion forums, interactive maps, and project FAQs in one place, making it easier for people to stay informed and have their say.

Engage Cobourg’s new platform will present improved opportunities for users to interact with town projects. Key improvements include new dynamic engagement tools and visually improved mapping with interactive features.

Multi-Year Accessibility Plan Survey is Open
Engage Cobourg has launched the Multi-Year Accessibility Plan (MYAP) 2026–2030 survey. The Town of Cobourg is committed to providing accessible public services, information, and programs. The MYAP for 2026-2030 will outline how the Town will continue to remove and prevent accessibility barriers.

The Multi-Year Accessibility Plan encompasses Town-owned and operated facilities and amenities such as the Cobourg Community Centre, Victoria Hall, the library, administrative buildings and offices, parks, trails, and roads and sidewalks. It also includes recreational programming, such as the Cobourg Community Centre's Seniors Activity Centre.

Everyone who lives, works, or visits the Town of Cobourg is encouraged to share their feedback through the survey at EngageCobourg.ca. For this survey you do not need to be a registered user and if you are not logged in your responses will be anonymous.
