New Extended Hourly Parking Available at Second Street Lot

Cobourg, ON (June 28, 2024) – The Town of Cobourg would like to advise residents that starting June 29, 2024, extended, hourly parking will be available in the summer months in the Second Street Lot.

From June 29 – Thanksgiving Day, residents and guests can now pay hourly to extend their stay in the Second Street Lot on weekends and statutory holiday Mondays.

The Second Street lot is located within the Town of Cobourg’s Downtown Parking area. The lot is available, year-round for free, two-hour parking. Starting Saturday, June 29, individuals looking to stay beyond the two hours, will be able to pay for additional time, using the HonkMobile app. Rates are $2.50/hour. Monthly Downtown Parking Permits and Daily Downtown Parking Passes are also accepted.

Signage for the HonkMobile app is posted within the lot. You can also download the HonkMobile app through the App Store or Google Play.
