Municipal Offices Closed and Cobourg Transit Not Running on April 18, 2025

Cobourg, ON (April 14, 2025) – The Town of Cobourg would like to advise residents that all municipal buildings will be closed, and Cobourg Transit will not be running, on Friday, April 18, 2025 due to the Good Friday holiday.

Municipal building closures on Friday, April 18, include:

• Art Gallery of Northumberland (55 King Street West, Third Floor, West Wing)
• Building 7 Public Works will be closed, however on-call staff can be reached for emergencies by calling the after-hours number: 905-372-9971.
• Cobourg Community Centre (750 D'Arcy Street)
• Cobourg Public Library (200 Ontario Street) – The library will also be closed on Sunday, April 20, and Monday, April 21.
• Venture13 Innovation & Entrepreneurship Centre (739 D’Arcy Street) – closed but open to members.
• Victoria Hall (55 King Street West)

Transit will operate as usual for the remainder of the weekend including regular service on Monday, April 21, 2025 (Easter Monday).
