Livestream Details for April 30 Regular Council Meeting

Cobourg, ON (April 30, 2025) – The Town of Cobourg Legislative Services Division would like to remind residents that this evening’s 6 p.m. Regular Council Meeting will be available to livestream from the comfort of your home.

With a lengthy agenda, the Clerk’s Office anticipates the meeting may run late. To access the livestream, please follow these steps:

• Visit www.cobourg.ca/escribe
• Click on the meeting you wish to view
• Approximately 30 minutes before the meeting, the pop-up will include the option: View Livestream

Council meetings are also recorded and available for viewing after the meeting.

Delegations and Speakers
Due to the anticipated high volume of residents attending tonight’s meeting, additional seating space has been opened in the Courtroom on the first floor of Victoria Hall. Priority seating in Council Chambers will be given to all those speaking to an agenda item. All others attending in person will be able to view the livestream in the Courtroom. We appreciate your support in ensuring easy access to those speaking at tonight’s meeting.

Filming
Please note that filming is taking place today inside and outside of Victoria Hall. King Street will be closed from Third Street to Hibernia Street until 11 p.m. If you are planning to attend the Council Meeting in person, allow extra time for parking. Staff will be on site for access to Victoria Hall via the Second Street entrance, as filming may be taking place at the front doors.
