Experience Cobourg Announces 2025 Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt

Cobourg, ON (April 15, 2025) – The Town of Cobourg’s Community Services Division is pleased to announce the 2025 Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt and is encouraging residents to participate for the chance to win great local prizes.

The Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt is comprised of large, wood painted eggs that were carefully crafted by the Experience Cobourg team and will be located outside between the Downtown Corridor, the Esplanade and Victoria Park. The wood painted eggs will be on display from Thursday, April 17 to Monday, April 21.

How to Participate

1. Visit www.ExperienceCobourg.ca for a contest entry form and a list of egg location hints.
2. Visit the Downtown Corridor, the Esplanade and Victoria Park to search for the eggs.
3. Take pictures of yourself with the eggs and tag @ExperienceCobourg on social media.
4. Submit your contest entry form to tourism@cobourg.ca by Tuesday, April 22.

In support of local businesses, once a contest entry form is received it will be automatically entered for a chance to win 1 of 5 gift cards valued at $25 to a local business of the winner’s choosing. The deadline for participating in the contest is Tuesday, April 22, 2025.
