Rotary Harbourfront Park is a great connection between the downtown and waterfront. In the summer months, a reflecting pond* is in the centre of the park while in the winter it changed into a skating rink for all ages. This park is 1.87 acres and has a public washroom, picnic space and a love lock bridge overlooking the river. The Cobourg Farmers Market sets up around the Oval on Saturdays from May to October, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
