(Issued December 8, 2022) – The Town of Cobourg is seeking feedback from residents to inform the development of a Customer Service Strategy and Implementation Plan.
The Town of Cobourg is looking to continuously improve how the organization delivers services and engages with customers. To achieve this, the Town has undertaken a project in partnership with Customer Service Professionals Network (CSPN) to develop a comprehensive Customer Service Strategy and Implementation Plan. This plan will define the Town’s service philosophy, guiding principles and outline a strategic action plan that is built around the needs of residents, businesses, other stakeholders, and the Town.
The Customer Service survey will be available until January 6, 2023. Residents can access the survey via the Town of Cobourg website www.cobourg.ca .
Community feedback is essential to this project. In addition to the resident survey, the Town of Cobourg has been working with local businesses and organizations to provide input through a series of Focus Group sessions. The results of the engagement opportunities will be presented to Staff and Council in the new year.
