Cobourg, ON (July 28, 2022) – The Town of Cobourg would like to advise residents of upcoming municipal building closures on Monday, August 1, 2022, in observance of the Civic Holiday.

Town of Cobourg municipal offices and buildings, including Victoria Hall, the Cobourg Community Centre, the Cobourg Public Library, Public Works Building 7 and the Venture13 Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre will be closed on Monday, August 1, 2022.

Cobourg Transit will be running its regular hours of operation on the Civic Holiday.

There are many events planned through the next few weeks of summer for residents to enjoy.

The 54th Annual Sidewalk Sale is taking place Thursday, July 28; Friday July 29; and Saturday, July 30, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day. The Sidewalk Sale features merchants, restaurants, kids’ entertainment, live music, vendors, food trucks, and more! The event takes place on King Street and Second Street.
