Cobourg, ON (March 22, 2024) – The Town of Cobourg would like to advise residents that all municipal buildings will be closed, and Cobourg Transit will not be running, on Friday, March 29, 2024, due to the Good Friday holiday.

Municipal building closures on Friday, March 29, 2024, include:

• Art Gallery of Northumberland (55 King Street West, Third Floor, West Wing)
• Building 7 Public Works will be closed, however on-call staff can be reached for emergencies by calling the after-hours number: 905-372-9971.
• Cobourg Community Centre (750 D'Arcy Street)
• Cobourg Public Library (200 Ontario Street) – The library will also be closed on Sunday, March 31, and Monday, April 1.
• Venture13 Innovation & Entrepreneurship Centre (739 D’Arcy Street) – closed but open to members.
• Victoria Hall (55 King Street West)

Transit will operate as usual for the remainder of the weekend including regular service on Monday, April 1, 2024 (Easter Monday).
