Local Heritage Tradespeople and Contractors

Heritage restorations and alterations require specialized trades who are familiar with heritage structures. The Cobourg area has a very large number of heritage tradespeople.

The Town of Cobourg Planning Staff have compiled a list of Contractors, Restorers, Tradespeople, Architects, and Designers to assist property owners who want to undertake restoration or alteration projects. This list is not all inclusive and should not be perceived as a referral or recommendation.

Potential Clients are strongly encouraged to check references and suitability of companies and individuals on this list to ensure they meet the requirements of the proposed project prior to selection. In addition, the list is in no particular order of ranking.

If you are a contractor not included in this list, please contact Heritage Planning Staff with information on heritage projects you have worked on which are consistent with accepted heritage principles.
