The Town of Cobourg Emergency Management department, in partnership with the Cobourg Accessibility Committee is taking steps to create a database of all residents within the Town that have disabilities as defined in the Ontarians with Disabilities Act and have special needs or concerns that may require special attention or consideration during any emergency situation.
